> In these pages we are pleased to host the interview with Domenico Corradino, real estate agent with decades of experience in the rental market who in 2017 decided to add the Grimaldi family brand to the Solo Rentals brand - L'mobiliare.com for the management of real estate sales.

> Surveyor Corradino, you are an experienced Real Estate Agent who has been operating for several years in the square of Catanzaro. When and how did your career start?
My career as a real estate agent began in Calabria in 2010. Previously, as a construction site surveyor, I worked in the public and private construction sector in the cities of Milan and Como, an activity to which I have been dedicated for about fifteen years. Subsequently, through an intuition of the director of a company of which I was an employee, I started managing the sales office within a construction site for the construction of a residential and commercial complex in the city of Pescara. Then, for personal needs, I returned to Calabria where I decided to put my experience gained in the real estate sector to good use, opening an agency affiliated with the Solo Rentals franchise, since at that time the sales continued to record a sharp decline.

> Like other colleagues of the Solo Rentals Network, last year you decided to diversify your business by also adding the L'mobiliare.com brand What were the reasons that led you to this choice and how did you learn about the agreement between the two Networks?
After nine years of activity, in light of the demographic increase that occurred in my neighborhood thanks to the impulse given by the presence of the University and the consequent positive impact on the economy of the city, last year I decided to diversify the activity by also supporting the The real estate.com brand whose professionalism and reliability I knew. In this perspective, I took the opportunity to acquire a larger venue in order to be able to include sales in my core business with a dedicated area. A few years ago I received a circular from the Solo Rentals franchisor informing the affiliates of the agreement between the two networks, then during a convention that took place in Puglia, I had the opportunity to personally meet Jacopo Grimaldi. On this occasion, I came into direct contact with him who showed me the key points of his project that I immediately shared.

> How is your agency organized at an operational level, for the management of Leases and Sales with the dual brand?
The agency consists of a reception with two operators in charge of welcoming customers and the switchboard, two consultants who deal with the management of requests and two agents for visits and acquisitions. My role, in addition to coordinating the agency, concerns consultancy and property valuations, the management of sales on construction sites, the signing of lease agreements as well as preliminary sales. With reference to the evaluation activity, I am the contact person for the real estate market in the municipality of Catanzaro and, since last April, I have been appointed provincial vice president of the AIR (united real estate agents); an autonomous, independent and non-profit national association, with the aim of promoting the culture of the profession and offering information and training to its members.

> How do you see the real estate market in the city of Catanzaro in perspective?
In the city of Catanzaro, the real estate sector confirms an important role, although compared to December 2017 it recorded a slight decline in sales prices while the trend is contrary in the area of ​​rents. As is reasonable to expect, I believe that as early as next year there will be a stabilization of prices that will affect both the sales and rental sectors.

> On a professional level, what goals have you set for 2019?
The Real Estate Agent is no longer just a mediator "the one who connects two or more parties for the conclusion of a deal" but must have general knowledge on elements of law, laws, national and European regulations relating to the sector as well as hygiene aspects- health, environmental, energy and safety, building regulations and construction standards. In this perspective, innovation and training have always guided my every action, and I have always believed that competence grows and consolidates over time with experience and passion. In this perspective, the main objectives to be achieved in 2019 are: to expand the services offered, make them more and more performing, diversifying and optimizing the marketing and corporate promotion channels.
